A Eugene Tradition
You know Thanksgiving is right around the corner when you cross the finish line of the Run to Stay Warm. For more than a decade, runners of all ages have been gathering on the Sunday before Thanksgiving to run a Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K on Eugene’s beautiful river paths, all while raising money to benefit EWEB’s Customer Care Program. With a flat course, great swag, a fun after-party, and an incredible cause, circle November 22 on your calendar and get ready to Run to Stay Warm!
For the Whole Family
The Run to Stay Warm has a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and free Kid’s Run - meaning there’s something for everyone! All courses start and finish at Eugene’s new Downtown Riverfront Park, run through Alton Baker Park and along the beautiful Willamette River.
Running with the whole family? Sign-up with three or more family members at the same time and you’ll get 15% off through the Run to Stay Warm Family Discount.
A Fun Finish Party
Sure, the temperatures may not be very high, but you’ve earned the right to stand outside and enjoy a cold (or hot) beverage! Enjoy the post-race party at Downtown Riverfront Park with coffee from Palace Bakery, beer for 21+ runners from Viking Brewing, grilled cheese from Franz Bakery and so much more!
